so is uconn counting for pr even though its a free college weekly bc if so then other college weeklies should count. Some like emerson *physically* can’t have paid brackets unless its with csl, as its funded by the school. granted, i don’t think they SHOULD count but if

The free brackets are not counting. This includes the UConn weeklies that are free. There was just a discussion about it, but it has been confirmed in the thread where Whiskey brought it up.
