Joker without Arsene is still such a good character, im surprised a lot of people thought he wasn’t good without Arsene. His neutral is so good without and he’s definitely tricky to hit. Still has good af combos too
as a hardworking bowser main my main goal is to punish unsafe options on my shield, but i can’t do that if they only down gun, then i’m all out of options, and they can also downgun > shieldpoke bair or just land safely fuck joker
