Will say, yume is absolutely one of the grimiest players in NE. From stage counterpicking to dark stages vs colorblind/hard of seeing players, to watching their controller when he dthrows, yume is absolutely whack

Right, and rules change all the time across all sports. Each change has to be evaluated for what it is. Screaming in someones face is a different situation. TOs need to evaluate and make adjustments accordingly. Decisions take time; knee-jerk reactions are not good.
and while the TOs are deciding, i have the right to inform everyone that this player does this to other players, be careful

That's fair and well within your right to share. I'm not sure I agree on calling someone the grimiest player, which is where I think we disagree.
