The CT panel put him lower than I did for the NEPR based on a difference of philosophy I guess. He had good wins just not a lot of them. I also thought he should have been higher.

I know different panels have different ideas of ranking, but id like to see us start having a consensus as a region to follow the NEPR order if members are on both rankings
