No lol, Bowser is top 25-30 at best. He needs some good buffs for him to be top 20
bowser goes even/beats a good majority of the high/top tiers, and only hard loses to a few zoners and top tiers realistically loses 10, maybe 15 matchups

It's true that bowser has a better mu spread than all the other superheavies, which is why he's the best in that category, but he's still got some bad shit that needs to be adjusted, like Bowser bomb's spike, dtilt not connecting consistently
