Looked at the stats myself and I can confirm this and even say that 13 players “deserve PR” not 15
as someone whos been deeply looking into the stats recently and looking at all the h2hs and wins some people have, i think top 15 is the most optimal. After it just feels unecessary, since it becomes players with 1-2 good wins making it. it doesnt feel necessary imo

yeah, its hard to look through and pick like 20 players when its someone with 3 wins, but is negative on all of them, and have bad losses. no lie, theres one player that has literally 5 lines of losses (on google docs; size 11 font), but like 4-5 wins, and they will make nepr
