utilt could move up one, but bairs speed, absolute absurd damage, autocancel, and how its just more useful than utilt make it slightly better than utilt imo. bair is broken offstage, in neutral, during juggles, oos, on reads, its busted

Incorrect about down throw, it does 19% and is useful anytime upthrow no longer combos

dthrow is only useful for damage building, but i just never find myself using it since i don’t really have a proble building damage. uthrow> fair combos until like 70, any stray hit from anything is at LEAST 15 damage, then its upb/sideb spam and/or fthrow/bthrow for kills
