Give me a Ultimate character and I'll give an idea on how to buff/nerf it for 3.0. It'll be proportional and realistic; stuff like Little Mac won't be magically Top Tier with this patch

Gnw imo, is supposed to be a glass cannon archetype, with big dmg and killpower while having low survivability (pichu) his issue rn is that his dmg output is mediocre compared to alot of good characters and his kill power outside of dsmash bury is quite bad, he also lacks an anti

air in a game where jumping and approaching with aerials is quite important, I would make his uptilt hitbox be higher and make his head and arms intangible. Up tilt would also be a combo starter, to remedy his dmg output i would increase his dmg on nair, he also needs easier

Combo starters (rn its grab at low %, nair and uptilt, dsmash bury) i have mentioned making uptilt better, but also make landing bair combo at low% so his best spacing tool can net a reward that isnt just 7% and slight stage control. His fair should also have a dmg threshold like

Gordo, it loses to fox lasers rn, for kill power he should get a buff to Dtilts range since it already kills, sweetspot Dash Attack should get a knockback buff, and he should have an aerial that kills in neutral, rn dair kills and bair kills offstage, but he doesnt have a

threatening aerial to throw out on stage, there are some nerfs i would give too, bacon does too much % per strip and nerf buries universally, id probably make some other changes but hes lame and whack now
