ivysaurs recovery isnt that absolutely fucking unusable that it singlehandedly makes pt better ivysaur all around has less losing mus than pt would because of the other pokemon, has the kit of a high/top tier, and has only small weaknesses. if you think a bad recovery +

Ivysaur does the worst in the Wolf MU. Squirtle and Zard needs to be on point for the former's whiff punish/gimping game and the latter's anti airs. Ivy gets outzoned and needs to jump to do anything which Wolf exploits

Also, outside of Nair Whip percents, I think that Ivysaur is the worst ledge trapper. This is super apparent when I could go Squirtle and have a quick Diddy like ledge trap or Zard and kill off of 1 good Up Smash / Ftilt / Fair, all which come out v quick
