Ike's nair could use a lag nerf definitely. I would say his recovery is his obvious weakness, but side B can be hard to predict, and it has an autocancel height. It does get stuffed hard offstage if you bodyblock it though.

i agree, side b isnt always easy to predict and when you do its probably too late, good ikes arent stupid and know how to recover so its hard.
