Forgot about armor on smashes, that definitely makes it closer to even than I thought. Both characters definitely edgeguard each other pretty freely but I'd say Ike wins because nair kill confirms prevent Bowser from abusing rage.
nair can definitely fuck bowser, but bowser can do parry side b and if ike is at a death % its over, or if ike tries to land with nair bowser usmash straight up beats it
