doesn't bowser tough guy through most rapid jabs? I know I just straight up can't use mewtwo rapid jab cuz he can just fuckin walk out of it
pretty much every rapid jab, a few of luigis moves, fox late nair, its a mix of % on bowser and the knockback of the move but iirc most rapid jabs stop losing to tough guy at like 500%, no lie
