If you’re able to give an $100 pot bonus, you’re able to give free venue for bringing in setups.https://twitter.com/pcitygaming/status/1076166165641261058 …

We had 42 entrants. We decided that after 10 setups we couldnt accept more for free venue. I honestly don't see the issue. If we pulled more people we would have absoluetly taken more setups. Am I suppose to take every setup for free venue?

I think the issue he is outlining is that PCG is willing to put $100 towards the pot, which only benefits the top 3, but aren't willing to accommodate for the 95% remaining player base, which is the incentive that helps motivate people to come to the weekly.

Just because one of the pcgs owners put up 100$ if we get 100, it doesnt not mean we have to allow infinite setups.
@ExciIed was told he could still setup up if he wanted to, but i didnt need more. PCG has to pay bills, we cant take every setup.2 replies 0 retweets 4 likes
there were setups with legitimately broken adapters and a tv monitor thay was super laggy, AND there was a setup that went half the night just unused. i have no benefit to use a setup that people would be using for free. unfortunately i don’t trust everybody 100% to have it free
