What’s the difference between a regional & a monthly (that has other region players attending)
Or is the same?

monthlies happen... monthly regionals usually occur every so often, and there tends to be someone from OoR invited / multiple OoR’ers coming to invade GUMS getting dark wizzy wouldnt be a regional, but OC getting multiple NY and PGR players would make it a regional
depends on the amount of entrants/size/added bonuses to the monthly that would end up making it a regional
