I’m assuming you meant the 5th one, which is correct, but not for the reason you think sheik can footstool every character out of dthrow, but cant lock everyone because of how skinny and low some characters knock down animation is, like zelda

nah at low % every character has a set kbg / distance out of dthrow and it doesnt change until like 70 thats why i can footstool you sometimes but only go for fair > bfish bc bair is super hard to land on pikachu
Oh ya the 5th
Dthrow footstool isn’t true on every character, and I’m not sure about the knock down animation but I’ve been able to hit ZSS during it who is pretty skinny
