I’m not super involved in it but i’ve talked to bootstrings, dizzle, and bones about it and how big the melee community is in NE is surprising why do you think one of the biggest melee tournaments of the year is Shine?

i deadass thought it was a big melee tournament because it was called shine

....you got me there but also because shine just gets a lot of good players. Most of the MIOM goes to Shine and last year there was almost 1200 entrants, while smash4 had around 650.
