      should Hazards OFF be tournament legal? Meaning should we use hazards off in tournament

          If yes, should there be a choice on what stages are allowed? For example, in smash 4, palutenas temple, gaur plain, wily castle, and midgar are the only OMEGAS allowed, should specific stages be chosen for hazards OFF mode?
