Yeah actually those fair carrys get me the most. People say to SDI into bayo and I do that and die at 0. What's optimal?
depends every time. upb out of shield i mix it up, sdi up and down works fine at low percents. If you get caught at the top of WT, sdi up and try to jump out as fast as you can. Every other time you should be sdi’ing down. At high percents NO MATTER WHAT SDI DOWN. THAT GOES FOR

BOTH CHARACTERS. bayo with rage do not EVER SDI UP. YOU WILL DIE. you mostly just wanna sdi down but it doesnt hurt to mix it up at low percents. you have to pay attention to what works and what doesnt.

honestly holding shield vs bayo is broken, especially playing a character with fast aerials like sheik. Low-mid-even some higher level bayos when both players are in shield like to do spotdodge upb or just upb oos, and immediately after they stop hitting your shield punish them.
