as i have never done a valentine's as part of a couple in my life, everyone will consider this some spinsterish bitterness, but honestly no it's just very tedious. you can all do your romances whenever. make valentine's more fun for everyone.

when i was a kid i thought valentine's was for people who were gay or from cultural groups where they weren't allowed to be together so all of this *hand waves* just always seemed like when groups of straight people crash Pride parades, i guess
