UBI or Universal healthcare, or some bundle of universal entitlements. I'd personally prioritize universal healthcare over a modest UBI, atm, if we had to choose, because, due to lifespan spending patterns, that market is a mess. But both are part of my long-term vision.

If we dug down and analyzed the bottom 50%, do you expect to find that most of them have more mobility than they did in 1989? Are college students finding it easier or more difficult to get a job *in their field of training* today than in 1989?
