Even just posting this video is taxing because I go through these hesitancy loops where I think about 1. how SOMEONE will judge me just by the gameplay regardless of the harassment focus 2. painting a target on my back in any way

I want to live in a world where this guy doesn't go and ruin other peoples' games. Where people feel safe to speak up. But reality is that in general voice comms land, for a ton of females, their safety mechanism is identifying ppl like this early and remaining silent or muting.

Please don't be this dude who shouted "OH MY GOD IT'S A GIRL" the moment I talked; who called me his "babe"/ acted like I was his girlfriend throughout the whole game. I had to heal this guy because I'm trying to win the game and that SUCKED.

And for the record, yes I muted his ass. Does that mean he won't go making other people uncomfortable though? No. If you're in one of these parties, please help speak up and report these people. Because I hope this is not the kind of community you want to be playing with.

I also just wanna say someone ALREADY was like "I've seen WAY worse" (read: "stop whining there's worse.") 1. My dealings are not just constrained to this SINGLE CLIP. This is since I've ever played online games. 2. It's NOT a harassment olympics. Stop ANY harassment, PERIOD.

ONE LAST ADDENDUM (I swear) I want people to know that for minority groups this behavior ^ by consequence starts to breed the behavior that we WILL NOT speak up unless we are top-fragging in our games because somehow being the best in our game justifies our voice.
