  3. Thank you, ⁦⁩ Editorial Board for calling on Utah’s AG Sean Reyes to stop trying to overturn the election: “It is a waste of time, an abuse of the good name of Utah and a dangerous repudiation of a system that has worked as designed.”

  4. Does the Trump Administration deserve credit for Operation Warp Speed's contribution to speedy vaccine development? Yes. Does it deserve credit for otherwise grossly mismanaging the pandemic response, unnecessarily costing hundreds of thousands of American lives? Also yes.

  5. Terrific news! Thank you to the scientists and medical experts who worked tirelessly for the past year, having prepared for years or decades before, for this and other vaccine innovations that will now save millions of lives. Heroes.

  6. Over half of House Republicans signed this cockamamie brief in support of overturning the election, including some previously considered to be quasi-reasonable. That so many took this action, which clearly harms the republic, is a bad sign for the GOP's direction after Trump.

  7. Republican Congressman , a leading voice against disinformation, uses his farewell speech in the House to defend...truth. Speeches like this will mark our times and, I hope, inspire us to regain our bearings on what is true. Thank you for your leadership, Denver!

This story, about desperate Americans shoplifting food and diapers, is heartbreaking.

  10. Imagine the unity we could've built in response to this pandemic, and how many lives we'd have saved.

  11. Over 3,000 Americans died today due to COVID-19. Please wear your mask and stay home when you can and distant when you can't. We don't need to be losing this many people. We have the power to save lives with simple measures and a patriotic and human responsibility to do so.

  12. One of the most critical to-do items for the American democracy movement over the next four years will be to more effectively counter domestic anti-democracy disinformation. If possible, it should be done on both the supply and demand sides. We can't ignore this issue any longer.

  13. As long as Trump can directly reach tens of millions of Americans with disinformation, a large portion of the GOP base will believe what he's telling them, most elected Republicans will fall in line, and the party will continue to be a destabilizing force in America.

  14. Only 24% of Republicans trust the result of the election. This threatens the very fabric of American democracy.

  15. I'm disappointed to see Utah on this list of states supporting Texas's attempt to overturn the election. Our leaders should uphold the integrity of our elections by honoring the people's will, even if it means a loss for their candidate.

  16. Trump's claims that the election was rigged is a massive disinfo campaign convincing millions of Americans that we have no democracy and Biden's presidency is illegitimate. Social media platforms need to reconsider allowing themselves to be used for such a destructive purpose.

  18. It’s encouraging to see the Supreme Court, other judges and many state officials put country over party and defend our elections, but if Trump could get away with a coup he certainly would. Trying is his latest betrayal and those who have assisted him will share his infamy.

  20. With rhetoric like this, is it any wonder why the lost its presidential and U.S. senate races this year and the state is trending blue? Time for new leadership.
