That 89% figure (if correct) has to be viewed in the light of the shrinking Republican party since 2016. Voters still admitting they are R is shrinking at a surprising rate. Indies remain the biggest group at around 45% at the latest. http://news.gallup.com/poll/15370/party-affiliation.aspx …

Well that's encouraging. I feel like the moderate wing of the Democrat party was freakin' nuked. Then there's the worry that, if there's truly a "blue wave," then the moderate Republicans get wiped out.

We're not center right & center left. We are normal people who aren't racist, like clean air & water,prefer not to be at war, don't think children & the elderly should starve to death and don't think guns are all the same. It's really not all the flipping hard to understand.

Since the left is going way left and right is going way right. Why don't the left and right center peel off and create a bipartisan party, one that combined have more influence on both sides? I think the Reps and Dems will only get worse leaving those folks no where or to resign.
