Finally, these are the kinds of sanctions required to deter Moscow’s aggression. I have a feeling big news is dropping today. These sanctions are a distraction for good press (for a minute).

Sanctions happened on such a delay that the oligarchs were prepared, moved money, and likely barely effected. Strong move in theory. But, this isn’t nearly as powerful as it looks.
