Let us dispel this notion that basic civil rights such as non-discrimination and life are “local matters.” The Founders made them national issues when they declared our independence. Federalism is too important to be left to the bigots who falsely claim its mantle. #StephonClark

Every person running for office needs to give a straight answer on whether they believe institutional racism is common in police deps and whether they believe it leads to POC being the victims of brutality more often than others.
