So, why are so many Republicans incapable of standing up to Trump? Many of their actions can't be explained by political calculus alone. What dirt does somebody (Putin?) have on a large fraction of the GOP congress that makes them fully support this evil man?
Some Republicans in Congress, particularly in the Senate, will react appropriately if Trump sacks Sessions, Rosenstein or Mueller, but there will be many others who don't, likely including leadership. We must tell them now that we're watching and will hold them accountable.

Trump is just the GOP “out loud.” They don’t disagree with the things he’s doing. They just prefer to do them in a sneakier, more underhanded way. Make no mistake - they like helping him destroy any part of our govt meant to help average Americans.

Grassley, McConnell, etc don't give a hoot abt what voters outside their own states think. McConnell doesn't give a damn if Evan McMullin in Utah says he's going to hold him accountable. Nothing agnst you! He doesn't give a hoot if I say I'm going to hold him accountable either.
