I hope most Senate Republicans will hold the line and put the country first, but the GOP is led by a man under Kremlin influence and protected by other men in the House who have chosen to enable that treachery to protect their power.
To whom does the GOP belong? Are we okay with allowing the party of Lincoln, Reagan, and other noble leaders to become a trojan vessel for a hostile foreign power? If we fail to oppose this at every turn, we too are to blame for its consequences.
It's been a Trojan vessel for corporations and the very rich for a while now and no one did anything. Russia just amplified what Murdoch & the Koch's have been doing. Reagan nixed the Fairness Doctrine which is a factor in the current situation. He isn't without blame.

I am worried that the kompromat the Russians got when they hacked the RNC is partly behind this. I expect co-conspirators to act like this. I am stunned that any American would, no matter how partisan.
