Many of us have been saying since the beginning that Trump is no Republican. Long-term analysis of his actions shows he has more common with libertarians than anything.

But the GOP doesn’t really care about debt. That should be crystal clear. They’ve been pretending for years that debt matters to them. Weird that Evan said “doesn’t even pretend” as if pretending is a good thing.
