  Which is great! But children with special needs have more health insurance, education & independent living costs which adds stress to families. The irony is that most pro-choice Americans support such assistance; most anti-choice @GOP seem to relish cutting such programs.

  I have a kid with autism as well who I wouldn’t trade for the world. It’s not about YOU or ME. It’s about the family who do all the things you espouse and still can’t feed the kids they have.
