It will take a hugely greater effort for the Russians to figure out how to adapt if what we are using is PAPER BALLOTS counted by our FELLOW CITIZENS. I am a liberal & I do solemnly swear I will count every ballot honestly & carefully & submit to checking & audit. It's important.

To the contrary, it has become very clear that Trump does NOT want to stop the interference. That, and the fact that acknowledging interference in 2016 casts further doubt on the legitimacy of his election explain his failure to address a vital national defense issue.
