If there was cause (of which I'm increasingly convinced there wasnt) they would have used *that* to get their warrants. Even McCabe has stated outright they wouldn't have sought the warrant without the dossier. This stinks. But I'm waiting on evidence of the memo claims.

This is what's known as a bald faced lie. FGPS was contacted for domestic oppo research of the republican primaries. Nothing truly of use was found, and when Trump picked up the primary, they stopped funding. The Steele Dossier came about well after Clinton funded it

I believe there is far more evidence than you realize. Much of it may be classified, however, the FISA court was able to evaluate such classified info, and then issued a warrant for surveillance. What the public sees is incomplete, thus cannot be fully evaluated

Read further down, according to McCabes testimony to Congress the Dossier was needed to tip the scale to get the warrant and subsequent renewals.
