They claim Steele was "biased." I call it believing what you uncovered. If I collected and believed that information on the Trump campaign and their possible criminal activity, I'd be "biased" too.

...and, Steele is a British citizen. The US government doesn't run British citizens as "sources" A source means the person is reporting secretly and under some level of control. Steele was merely sharing what he learned.

These facts are meaningless to DJT & his supporters. The bigger picture is the attempt to discredit the investigative arms of the Justice Dept, to destroy all semblance of truth, & to give his core supporters in the fringe media another narrative to distract from what is real.
