Yeah. Meaning someone with tremendous access but actually less intelligent yet very eager to betray own country for personal benefit. Probably more reliable than intelligent ones who would know when to step back.

I've been at this point I really believe he is a Russian asset. I've always known or suspected that he was a money launderer, all of his actions so far speak to him being beholden to the Kremlin
