  Yes, agreed, but FWIW the issue I believe Trump is most concerned with is money laundering. Mueller’s group probably has information on that issue. Why else would the tax returns be so important to Trump, who does not want to see his family in jail and ruined.

  The courts may have something to say. Assuming a sitting president cannot be indicted - there is no restrictions on indicating him after he leaves office. The crimes he’s committing are ongoing so no statute of limitations problem. That includes the entire trump crime family.

  IMHO the ‘congress,not courts’ view is only accurate if Obstruction =the only unlawful act addressed.
