Essentially, a new GOP is needed to effectively clean house at this point. I'd prefer a new moderate political party, but a new party is unlikely to gain traction. GOP may need to lose bigly in 2018 and 2020 to fully reset.
I support calls such at this for Trump to denounce Alt-Right white supremacists, but his association is his own doing, not Bannon’s.
