My only dissent is the word "privilege". Being treated fairly is not a privilege. Also not useful politically--like the alt-right, it falsely tells whites have something to protect. Racism costs economy $trillions by bad hiring decisions & lost of potential. No group gains.

This is so true. I am entirely grateful for my professors who showed me the error of my ways in this crazy time. No, they did not liberalize me. They showed me that people with different opinions and viewpoints are not my enemy and that it is possible to work together.
