The Constitution protects the inherent sense of right versus wrong that Americans share. During a time when divisiveness has been propagated, #WeThePeople recognized that we share mportant core values and must work together, crossing sides to elect principled leaders.

Trump is a symptom of the rot deep in the GOP. A party that did not dismiss conspiracy theories against Obama because it was in their partisan interests not to do so. A party disrespectful of democracy in opposition and now, unsurprisingly poor at governing.
