      Because people sometimes get their heads turned. Greed, ego, jealousy, misplaced ambition...they're powerful forces that can make people who should know better do stupid, harmful things. Being the target of a Mueller investigation, however, is enough to wake such a person up!

          To Evan’s point, I believe a good number of people in the Trump administration at one time were honest, good people. Power and greed can provide very dark shaded glasses. In 10 or 20 yrs, I’d bet they seriously question WTH they were doing agreeing to be his puppets
