I'd rather see the whole party fail and collapse. They are responsible for the culture that allowed trump to get elected and for not removing him from contention as soon as he announced his candidacy. They enable him still to this day.
With four already charged and two having pled guilty in Mueller’s probe, Republican leaders should abandon their charlatan leader for the good of the country and the party. It’s an easy test of character, but it’s one that many will fail. They should be held accountable.

Flynn’s guilty plea should make R legislators see that Trump’s team did actually attempt to subvert the constitution. So Rs must decide, do they work for Trump, or for the United States. Will they uphold their oaths? It is congress’s job to limit the overreaches of the executive.
