But about 53 percent of white women voted for him in 2016....after the tape, after the allegations in the Times. Not sure how solid that number is now but makes you wonder what could turn them away.

This describes me. I cannot align myself with an immoral party which denigrates women who have been courageous enough to stand up to powerful men (or any man) and tell their truths about being sexually victimized. The GOP is no longer the party of traditional family values.

The GOP has spent nearly 40 years pushing anti-women agendas and policies. A woman who is fiscally conservative has to choose between a party that wants to take away her say over her own body, or one that wants to increase government spending. There needs to be a place for her.

I think it's easier to talk Democrats into sound fiscal policy than to change the religious furor of the Republican anti-abortion, anti-birth control stance, especially now that Rs have gone pro-groper and pro-pedophiles (!)
