People argued that they could vote for an immoral president if they could get the policies they liked from him. It should be clear now that the immoral leader corrupts not only the culture but also the policies.

There is no catastrophic debt crisis, that’s just a political talking point used to destroy the social safety net when Democrats are in power. Modest changes (like eliminating the income cap on social security taxes) would keep social security solvent for decades to come.
