Their positions do not reflect conservatism, and indeed any principled conservatives who dare to speak up are branded as RINOs and traitors. It seems the GOP has been infected by a toxic ideology that will consume it from the inside and eventually destroy it.

I would says that, as a Democrat, I do not support those "qualities" in *any* person; regardless of party. Why I have stuck with the Democratic party over these many years is that I do not find those types of folks anywhere near as often, but more so, not near the hypocrisy.
