Principled conservatives need to fix that. Conservatism is not this caricature of impotent rage it's being portrayed as. If you care, say loudly and clearly what it *is*.
It’s becoming increasingly difficult for decent people to be associated with the GOP.

I have endured many insults from people questioning my conservative credentials because I have insisted that character, integrity and morality count. The Trump justifying GOP has shed the decency out of their party, and stripped conservatives of their moral indentity.

Please form an Independent party. Call it the
#Patriot Party. We need a 3rd option. -
When I first heard about the Tea Party, I was optimistic for a few minutes -- a legitimate, independent option. Then they went full wacky. With support for Congress in the single digits, a sensible, rational third party could get traction.
