Oh, guaranteed. No doubt. Absolutely. This is always their game plan -- cut taxes, then when the deficit explodes say, "Well, we have to cut entitlements because - the deficit".

And forget about the GD wall! We’ve had terrible disasters this year the money needs to go Ca., Puerto Rico, Texas etc etc. It’s the perfect time to make infra structure a bullet point to build outward from for solar, wind power and smart buildings.

Every time the GOP talks about cutting debt (i.e. spending) the Democrats howl about how they're killing grandma. It's easy to throw stones from outside the party, I guess.

EVERY time the GOP gets control they stop talking about debt and spend spend spend. The GOP is NOT fiscally conservative, they say they are to get your vote. full stop.
