Today, the House passed Caesar Syria Civilian Protection Act to impose sanctions on Bashar al-Assad's regime until its mass atrocities stop.
The Senate and @POTUS should work together to pass and enact this bill, which has been a long time coming, before the end of the year.

It offers the best non-military means currently available of gaining negotiating leverage over Assad, especially as his atrocities continue.
