Rick Wilson is correct, the Republican Party is dead.
This is not a partisan impeachment. It’s a partisan cover-up for a president who is clearly guilty as charged.

I find it disturbing that the Senate can choose which supreme court justice resides over there impeachment trial. It seems that to have a fair and impartial trial, it would have been better to have one supreme court justice from each party residing over the trial.

It's always the Chief Justice, and he has zero power. He presides in name only. McConnell is running the show.

But there was; it just happened before they started to talk when Schiff predicted w/uncanny accuracy what they would say. Come to think of it; it was easy to predict. They have no defense, so lying is their only option.
