Even more, I can't believe the ones who claim they haven't heard anything new. So they thought all this was fine, before the hearings began? And they'll brush it off when the vote comes up? Are they owned by the Kremlin, too?
It’s appalling that some Senate Republicans so casually dismiss this impeachment trial in which they’ll determine if presidents can abuse power, obtain foreign backing, and block congressional oversight. These senators will forever own the certain damage their dereliction causes.

They don’t care. They think they’re part of a ruling elite over the vast majority of us peasants. They mock our Democracy as they walk out of the Senate Chamber without repercussions. They flaunt their hatred of the rule of ANY law, even their own. They are not Representatives.

Here’s the thing, they don’t seem to care, aren’t even bothering to sit through it and pay attention, and have treated the hearings like professional accreditation training they don’t need because they already completed their requirements.
