They're protecting their own wealth & that of their supporters. It's all about greed & money.
I wish Congressional Republicans would take a step back and see what they've become under Trump. Now they spend most of their time protecting Trump's corruption, defending his dangerous military adventures, and repeating his Kremlin conspiracy theories. What a way to live!

I just hope that America remembers what the
@GOP@senatemajldr@SenateGOP@HouseGOP became since the advent of the Tea Party and Trump. I have no doubt they will try to rewrite history and claim they never supported@realDonaldTrump. Like trump the Alt right GOP lies. -

To be fair, the GOP was like this way before Trump, they were just defending other indefensible things like trickle-down economics, climate denial and gun nuttery.
