Perhaps some people stay so that their jobs are not given to people who are enthusiastic about Barr’s DOJ.

I seriously doubt the people that work for Trump care one bit and the people that were there before Trump came and who haven't spoken out are showing their true colors.

Imagine doing everything right in law school, meeting all the right people, checking all the right boxes, taking on all the necessary debt only to get the job in 2016 right before Trump wins the election. Many are holding out hope that they can work for a sane DoJ in 2020.

I’ve listened to all episodes of The Oath Podcast by Chuck Rosenberg to learn more about public servants. Some have left out of disgust but those who stay are keeping their heads down & doing the work to keep things going in the hopes that voters will save the Republic.

Chris raises an important point. Ambassador Ivanovich is a professor now, but she lost service years as a public servant because Republicans handed us a petulant child to be in charge of our Executive Branch. Today's conservatives turn my stomach.

I've seen so many DoJ professionals speak so highly of the people in that dept. I'm very disappointed that there aren't more resignations, whistle blowers or people just generally speaking out about what is going on there. Can anyone explain?
