Trump's 2016 campaign's success relied so much on Clinton "being under investigation." He's basically replicating that here.
Trump is leveraging old journalistic practices to exploit our media. Giuliani keeps “investigating” Biden and the media thinks they’re a step ahead by reporting its potential illegality, inadvertently reinforcing the idea that Biden is dishonorable. Trump’s goal all along.
